In the Monkey Forest, you can walk around and enjoy the serene atmosphere. The forest comprises approximately a tenth of a square kilometer (approximately 27 acres) and contains at least 115 different species of trees.
The Monkey Forest contains the Pura Dalem Agung Padangtegal temple as well as a "Holy Spring" bathing temple and another temple used for cremation ceremonies.
The Monkey Forest street also provides many choices of restaurants, from western cuisine to Balinese dishes. Remember to visit Bebek Bengil about 500 meters from there. It's a popular restaurant at Jalan Hanoman, known for its specialties: fried/roasted ducks.
Do also try the ribs. They'll leave you wanting more. Shops at Monkey Ubud Forest alone offer a wide variety of beads, baskets, wooden carvings, ikat textiles, paintings and silver jewelries.

Mount Batur Sunrise Trekking
Mount Batur reaches 1700m, it overlooks Batur Lake (1400m). The climb is an easy morning walk, only 300 elevation difference. A good way to start the day, walking with pets and children. Very crowded for sunrise.
Basically you start at midnight to arrive before 6 am, for sunrise. You need an average fitness. It requires carefulness, and some equipments: front lights, good shoes and a jacket.
Overall it's a great experience. The sunrise colors and the view is the best reward.

This beach is located on the east side so you get perfect view for Sunrise. It has all the luxury resorts located in the Nusa Dua complex and they share this beautiful beach space. It is a very pristine, peaceful and clean beach.
There are restaurants, bars located on the beach side and guests can enjoy some good food and drinks while enjoying the soothing sound of ocean waves also the center beach activities, Not very crowded as mostly the hotel guests uses this beach. It has some really cool photo spots. Do visit if you are in Nusa Dua complex.
